(Sandvik) Project Controller - SMT Separation

May 6, 2019 Sandvik Board of Directors decided to initiate an internal separation of the business area Sandvik Materials Technology. The Board of Directors has also decided to explore the possibility of a separate listing (Lex Asea) at the Nasdaq Stockholm Exchange, should that strengthen Sandvik Materials Technology’s position and future development. Development of training material, Communication and training for the main stakeholders within the group, analyzing internal and external KPI changes together with group Business Control. Biggest Personal satisfaction is the consistent feedback on both trainers and material during the roll out.

In January 2004 I became financial manager for the department serving the two IT companies within Sandvik (Sandvik Information Technology, SIT & Sandvik Systems Development, SSD). Main Task to close the books, budget, forecasts and changing the follow up and measuring of the companies. During this time I was also responsible for the facilities and outsourced the reception in one of our facilities. The biggest personal satisfaction looking back is the personal growth my direct reports did during and after that time.
